What information we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:

High-level qualitative information to gauge what makes potential users interested in Biosense
We do not collect any health data, medical information, or sensitive personal data through this waitlist.
Why we collect your information
We process your personal data for three specific purposes:
Pilot waitlist notifications. We use your contact information to notify you when our service launches and provide important updates about our product development.
Marketing communications. If you separately consent, we may send you newsletters and promotional materials about our services and health-related content.
We use high-level, non-medical qualitative information to understand interest in Biosense and to improve our product and communications. This information is analysed in aggregated form only and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling of individuals.
You provide consent for each purpose through separate checkboxes when signing up. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share your data with
We share your data only with essential service providers who help us operate our waitlist:
Microsoft – Our email service provider who manages our communications
Framer – Our website hosting provider
These providers act as data processors under contract and cannot use your data for their own purposes. We never sell your personal data to third parties or share it for commercial purposes.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the EU:
Framer uses AWS infrastructure which may involve US data processing
Where international transfers occur, we ensure your data is protected through Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.
How long we keep your data
We retain your information until our service launches plus 6 months, or until you request deletion or withdraw consent, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we delete your data within 7 days.
